2. Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: contact name, company, email address, optional telephone number, message and the language of the form.
For aggregate audience measurement, we process page views, referrer and campaign parameters, approximate country, and browser and device information. We do not attach this analytics data to a name, email address, telephone number or contact-form message.
Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical records such as request time, browser information and IP address for delivery, reliability and abuse prevention. We do not ask for sensitive personal data through the form.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We do not use contact-form data for automated decision-making or unrelated marketing lists.
- To answer an inquiry and take steps requested before entering into a contract.
- To qualify cargo and service requirements and maintain related business correspondence.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain reliable service on the basis of our legitimate interests.
- To understand aggregate website use and whether visitors reach the contact channels, on the basis of our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the website.
- To meet applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations where required.
4. Recipients and international processing
Access is limited to New Energy personnel who need the information to handle the inquiry. Vercel provides website hosting and anonymized Web Analytics, Resend provides transactional email delivery, and PostHog provides cookieless website analytics using its United States cloud region. These providers process data under their service and data-protection terms and may use infrastructure outside your country.
We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Inquiry data is kept only for as long as necessary to answer the request, manage the prospective or active business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We periodically review correspondence that no longer has an operational, contractual or legal purpose and delete it when it is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority in your country. We may ask for information needed to verify identity before acting on a request.
7. Cookies and external services
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog in cookieless mode for aggregate audience measurement. Vercel Web Analytics processes anonymized page-view data without cookies. PostHog does not store an analytics identifier in cookies, local storage or session storage, and we do not use user identification, automatic interaction capture or session recording. We record page views, page exits, aggregate site-performance measurements including Core Web Vitals, and explicit aggregate events when a contact link is selected, the contact form is started or successfully submitted, or an email or telephone link is selected. Link destinations, form fields and messages are not included in analytics events.
Essential browser or platform storage may be used for page navigation, security and delivery. The homepage requests an ambient video from Mux; its infrastructure may receive standard technical request data when the player is loaded.
Links to third-party websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy policies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
