TOV NEWENERGY (LLC NEWENERGY) is a Ukrainian private limited liability company operating a multi-purpose transshipment terminal at km 87 of the Kilia Branch of the Danube. Active since 2007, listed in the Register of Port Operators of Ukraine, holding international ISPS Code status UAIZM-0019.
Operating model
The terminal operates 24/7 and accepts qualifying river-sea class vessels up to 115 m as well as river craft. The facilities sit on a 7 ha (70,000 m²) site, including covered warehouses of over 8,700 m². The handling, storage and multimodal scheme is designed individually for each cargo.

Berths
The terminal operates two hydraulic engineering structures: floating berth GTS-3360 and berth complex GTS-3164, both entered in the Register of Hydraulic Structures of Ukraine and under continuous technical supervision of the Shipping Register of Ukraine. Both berths handle river-sea class vessels up to 115 m and barge tows. Acceptance of a specific vessel is agreed after review of the ship's documents, the cargo and port formalities.
