About the company

TOV NEWENERGY (LLC NEWENERGY) is a Ukrainian private limited liability company operating a multi-purpose transshipment terminal at km 87 of the Kilia Branch of the Danube. Active since 2007, listed in the Register of Port Operators of Ukraine, holding international ISPS Code status UAIZM-0019.

Operating model

The terminal runs 24/7 with no scheduled pauses or weekends off. Two berths (floating and fixed) accept river-sea class vessels and river barges; warehouses cover approximately 40,000 m² for grain, fertilizer, food-grade and general cargo; an in-house big-bag filling line handles fertilizer; on-site rail handling fronts and certified truck weighbridges complete the multi-modal stack. Detailed technical specifications are provided to qualified B2B partners on request under NDA.

Why New Energy

Six reasons EU traders choose a private terminal over state-run operators — from a single contract to on-site customs and documentation.

Owned infrastructure
Owned terminal, not leased or concessioned. 10+ year contracts without intermediaries.
24/7 uninterrupted operations
Around-the-clock cargo handling with no scheduled pauses. Predictable schedule for the client.
On-site customs
Customs procedures directly on the territory — no transit to a dry port for clearance.
ISPS UAIZM-0019
Authorized to handle vessels under any flag. Standard maritime insurance coverage applies.
Multi-modal
Vessels, rail, road under one contract. Any handling scheme.
Single partner
Not "operator + port + forwarder + broker". Everything under one roof, direct contact.
